Two Funky Friday Finds That Are Vintage Inspired Throwbacks!
Good afternoon Funky friends! Here we are again chatting all about our latest secondhand finds of the week. Today the shares are all about unique finds from a resell shop I recently visited. First up is one of my favorites from way back in the day. Who can remember wearing a pair of Candie’s shoes? You know the one’s from the 1970s that with every step you walk, you could fall. Of course, over the years, things have changed, in style texture, and colors. But Candie’s have remained consistent with the fashionable and nostalgic vibes from their shoes. That is why when I saw this rare find, I had to snatch them up.
Honestly, I would have grabbed these shoes even if they weren’t Candie’s. Just because of the unique and fancy style that they have. I am loving the rustic rivets and buckle on each shoe. The vintage-styled lace and thick chocolate brown heel. Pairs well with a flowy summer dress and maybe a pair of fancy pearls.
Now, let’s move forward and upward with these cute Sofft granny shoes that are too flaunting. I think when a woman looks good, she feels good, and that is a fact. So, my next Funky Friday Find has to be one of my favorites for wearing shoes. The Funky granny shoe reminds me of a time from back in the day. A time where women wore tight-fitted flair dresses and cute Mary Poppin styled shoes and boots.
Nowadays, I think the old style of wearing clothing and shoes is making a comeback. That is why when I saw these velvety burgundy shoes with a cute little flower on the side. I had to grab them for the boutique. I must admit it’s hard to let them o due to the funky and stylish look. No matter what style a woman has, these shoes will make a funky and quirky statement all y themselves. So, go ahead and grab these for yourself.
